Corrective Action: Corrected at the time of inspection. The silver and the black tabletop coolers are holding TCS food 47-51*F. Min/max thermometer in the silver cooler read 50*F and in the black cooler read 48*F. The manager stated they will use the other coolers for TCS items.

Inspector's notes
Observed pre-made burritos being held in a cold-holding unit that was holding at 45*F using min/max thermometer. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that the unit was not cold enough for TCS foods. The burritos were moved to an alternative cold holding unit that is holding below 41*F at time of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
