Observed the clean trays stacked together on the clean equipment and utensils rack that were still wet. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all equipment and utensils need to be air dried after they have been properly cleaned and sanitized to reduce risk of contamination. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
