Observed organic matter on the inside of a couple of soda fountain nozzles at the soda fountain. Discussed with person in charge to clean the soda fountain nozzles more frequently to prevent the buildup of organic material inside the soda fountain nozzles. Person in charge removed the soda fountain nozzle tips and cleaned the soda fountain nozzles. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
