Observed macaroni salad, open shell eggs, cooked noodles and cabbage with a temperature of 47F. Unit found to have an internal temperature of 53F. Person in charge states that items were placed in unit at opening which was an hour and a half before inspection. All TCS foods improperly cold held were relocated to alternative functioning refrigeration unit to rapidly cool to 41°F at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
