Observed two handwashing sinks nearest to the walk-in that have become or are starting to become detached from the wall. Discussed with the person in charge to reseal the handwashing sink with caulking so that the sinks are smooth and flush to the wall. Person in charge will reseal the handwashing sinks. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times.
