Observed a heavy accumulation of organic matter and food debris in the floor drains throughout the establishment. Observed a heavy accumulation of soda syrup and food debris underneath the soda syrup boxes and also on the adjacent walls near the soda syrup boxes. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) to clean more frequently. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
