At the time of inspection, the establishment did not have a probing thermometer to measure/verify internal holding temperatures of their ham & cheese sandwiches. The establishment shall have a probing thermometer on site to verify proper holding temperatures of Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) food items like ham & cheese sandwiches and dairy products. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. *Reinspection will occur on, or before, Monday June 2nd.
