Observed no hand drying provisions available at the hand sink in the ware washing area. Informed PIC that hand towels needs to be available at all times at hand washing sinks. PIC provided hand towels at time of inspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the drainpipes from the dish washer fallen into the floor drain underneath the three-compartment sink. The metal piece that was previously used for the air gap has been moved. Informed PIC that the pipes need to be put back into place so that there is at least a one-inch airgap between the outlet of the pipe and the top of the floor drain. PIC stated that they will put in a ticket for it. Discussed the importance of preventing backflow with PIC. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed black discoloration and an accumulation of bottle caps, wet cardboard, and other debris underneath the beverage hook up station. Observed sticky puddles and residue in and on the cabinets underneath the frozen slushie machines. Informed PIC that these areas need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which precludes the accumulation of dirt, debris, and organic matter. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
