Clean bowls for wings stored on shelf observed with dust and debris. Discussed storage of bowls on a clean pan rather than the shelf with PIC. Please store food contact equipment in clean areas to help prevent possible contamination. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Repeat Violation Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability - Cover base behind water heater is beginning to separate from the wall and needs to be reattached. Caulking at hand wash stations nearest 3 compartment sink, in the restroom, and wing freezer is eroded and separating from the wall. Clean out below the 3 compartment sink and drain line from the oven have space around them that should be filled in to protect the internal wall. Please have these areas repaired/resurfaced to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface prior to next routine inspection.
