Observed cooked meat, raw meat, chopped lettuce, tacos, and other TCS food items in the walk in refrigerator holding 49-51F. PIC moved the products to different refrigerators and/or placed them on ice. Also observed small containers of red and green salsa holding 53F by the drive through window. Employee said she just filled the salsa containers with ice. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
