Observed blender cups with a black film that comes off on an alcohol wipe. According to employee, blender cups are scrubbed before being rinsed and sanitized, and the film does not come off. All food contact surfaces must be cleanable and in good condition. Please replace blender cups by re-inspection on 9/30/25. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
