After rolling the cooler out and moving it, the power came back on. The cooler will be monitored and will not be used for cold holding until it is able to maintain power and an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Inspector's notes

Raw burger cooler found with raw burger patties with internal temperature of 49-51*F. PIC chose to discard the burger patties. Milk in creamer dispenser found with internal temperature of 50*F. PIC discarded the creamer. Walk-in found with TCS food items at 48*F, including burritos, butter, and eggs. PIC stated the cooler was last known to be at 41*F or below at 2:00 PM today. The walk-in has an attached freezer; PIC opened the freezer door to drop the ambient temperature in the cooler and cool the TCS food items inside. Ambient temperature was found to be below 40*F by end of inspection. TCS food items had also achieved an internal temperature of 41*F or below. Please continue to monitor cold held TCS food items and ensure they are maintained at 41*F or below. Burger cooler and creamer dispenser will not be used for cold holding TCS food items until they are repaired/replaced and able to maintain an ambient temperature of 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
