Upon re-inspection, the violates due for correction have not been corrected. The hand sink reached 84*F as the maximum hot water temperature available. All hand sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100*F. Correct prior to re-inspection on 2/7/2025. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Obtain hot water of at least 100*F at the front service hand sink prior to reinspection. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Observed an accumulation of debris underneath equipment in the food service area. Observed a brown growth along the seam on the countertop by the handoff plane. Informed PIC that these areas need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a rate which precludes the accumulation of organic matter, debris, and dirt. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
