Inspector's notes
Observed employee with gloves touching raw beef, then removed glvoes, and placing on new gloves, and proceeding to touch ready to eat bacon, and toasted buns. Talked to manager about handwashing policy and options. Employee washed their hands at hand sink. Ensure that handwashing is occurring going from dirty to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
