Observed tongs for the hot holding case stored on the counter, and in use for a couple hours. No timestamp/marking to show how many hours it is left out on the countertop. Talked to staff, and set a policy to create a timer, as facility said they keep them out all day, and use from 9am-8pm. Ensure that tongs are kept hot, cold, or out for no more than 4 hours and timestamp to keep track of that system. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Manager was able to correct and move faucet to be permanently above the flood rim.
