Observed employee at burger station, picked up item on the ground, put in dish pit, then proceeded to burger station again. Manager was informed, and told employee to immediately wash hands. Ensure that hand washing occurs going from dirty tasks to clean tasks in the kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Core-5-403.12, C: Other Liquid Wastes and Rainwater Observed frozen condensate in the freezer holding fries and other food items for frying. The frozen ice was directly over a bag of open food. PIC moved the items away from the frozen condensate. Also observed a heavy accumulation of frozen condensate in the custard freezer in the dining area. Please correct to prevent contamination.
