Observed bacterial growth behind the ice deflector and in the ice machine. Please clean. Also observed the ice scoop stored directly on top of the ice machine. PIC moved washed the ice scoop. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned as needed to prevent bacterial growth and contamination. Ice scoops may be stored in containers. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
