Hot water dispensing at 110*F. 5-103.11 - Priority Foundation: Capacity-Quantity and Availability Predefined Comment: Hot water of: 100°F is required at all handwash sinks; 110°F at all other sinks; 120°F at mechanical warewashing units sanitizing with chemicals; and 140°F at mechanical warewashing units sanitizing with high temperature.

Employee working in the fr yer area picked up a utensil that fell on the ground; then went to handle chicken for a customer order, and the fryer baskets without changing gloves and washing hands. Employee was asked to wash hands and did so. Ensure that employees wash hands after engaging in activities that may contaminate hands and when changing tasks. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
