Observed soap dispenser in disrepair, at main hand sink. There was a soap pump available next to hand sink. Ensure to repair/replace soap dispenser and ensure soap is provided at hands sink during hour of operation. Observed prep-sink blocked by single door refrigeration unit and basin is storing dishes inside compartment. Ensure to relocate refrigeration unit so that prep sink is easily available for use during food preparation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
