Observed the mechanical warewashing machine back of house dispensing 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer after multiple cycles at time of inspection. Staff attempted to prime the unit, but it failed to reach the required concentration of 50–100 ppm. The PIC was instructed to discontinue the use of the mechanical warewashing machine and utilize there 3-compartment sink for proper washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of all food-contact surfaces until the machine is repaired later today.
