Informed Person In Charge that all nonfood contact surfaces should allow for easy cleaning and be in good repair. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
