Met with owner at the establishment to discuss permit being expired; and possible NCIR. After reviewing tax ID and renew liquor license for the establishment, noticed that the LLC we had on file was recorded wrong. Checked LLC on the liquor license online and has been active with establishment since 2012.Provided owner the invoice to pay permit fee. Emailed at link to https://accela.maricopa.gov/CitizenAccessMCESD/Cap/CapHome.aspx?module=Environmental&TabName=Environmental if the owner wanted to pay online and provided physical address if he wished to pay in person. Also emailed an administrative change form to have the owner update his contact information.
