Observed several individually wrapped pizzas in a down open display unit where the pizzas were holding between 48-57 Deg. F. Per the operator they were placed in the unit the day prior. The items were embargoed at the time of inspection. See attached embargo form. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
