Instructed establishment to switch the current device out for an ASSE 1013 backflow preventer. The current device is an ASSE 1022 and these are not approved for high hazard, pressurized machines. ////// Observed E gaps (elastomer gaps) on the chemical dispensers at the mop sink. Chemical dispensers should have true air gaps. Instructed establishment to have the E gaps changed to full air gaps. ///// Discussed replacing drip pan on hood vent.

Observed employee touching raw bacon with gloves, then touching veggies cutting knife, walkin fridge door handle and other clean surfaces in the kitchen. Manager had employee stop, throw away bacon, and sanitize all touched surfaces. Ensure that cabbage and ready to eat foods are prepared before raw bacon steps are started.

Observed employee with gloves grab some foil that fell on the ground, threw foil away, then proceeded to touch clean dishes to start a new food dish. Manager told employee to stop, clean dishes and wash their hands. Ensure that hand washing is occurring whenever touching items that are on the ground. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
