Second inspection walk through. Tile work is almost done and store will be ready for plumbing and equipment installation. Please note the following items:1). Sufficient lighting was requested in the walk-in, install a secondary light in the walk-in if not planned to make sure you have 30 foot candles of intensity throughout at 3 feet from the floor.2). A Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve was requested for the soda system at the water tie in. No copper downstream and install with hub drain.3). A Reduced Pressure Zone was requested for the hot well or re-plumb and install a deck mounted faucet so the backflow can be omitted. This is much cheaper.4). Water heaters are exchanged for two tankless units, almost plumbed in, plumber will finish up with Flue, T&P and condensate lines. It is advised to use PVC for condensate due to the acidity of the water.5). Concrete floors in the restrooms will be water sealed.6). Floor sink is in place for the walk-in.7). Please make sure to fill in and finish out all the walk-in penetrations.8). Ice machine drain line will need to be led through the wall to the floor sink under the dining room soda station. Make sure you keep slope on the drain.9). Fly fan at the drive through window will need to be activated by a micro switch or sensor.Construction is at 70%. No county legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed inspection report.
