Observed a broken AVB attached to mop sink faucet. AVB cap was broken off and interior screw was loose. Educated PIC on the importance of maintaining the AVB in a state of good repair. PIC called to have plumber repair the AVB. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
