E&D Class 2, 0-9 seating.Correct the following item prior to your routine inspection:1) Install a stainless steel splash guard between hand sink and 3-compartment sink.Establishment has opted to remove bowls from dipper wells and use metered faucets for rinsing utensils. Bowls cannot be replaced into dipper wells (dipper wells must either be heated to hold at 135*F or higher, or have constantly running water). Utensils must also be fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized a minimum of every 4 hours of use. Two water lines are in place at frozen drink machines, which have been capped off. Any equipment connected to these water lines in the future may require backflow prevention and/or a minor remodel permit.Windows are currently self-closing, with air curtains. Failure to maintain windows either self-closing or to circumvent the air curtains by turning them off may result in violations written on routine inspections.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Report emailed.This establishment/operation has demonstrated sufficient compliance to proceed with the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services.
