Bowls cannot be replaced into dipper wells (dipper wells must either be heated to hold at 135*F or higher, or have constantly running water). Utensils must also be fully washed, rinsed, and sanitized a minimum of every 4 hours of use. Two water lines are in place at frozen drink machines, which have been capped off. Any equipment connected to these water lines in the future may require backflow prevention and/or a minor remodel permit.Windows are currently self-closing, with air curtains.
