Observed two unlabeled frozen cheese pizza in plastic wrapping in freezer located in the back of the establishment. Observed multiple numbers of the same item stored at the bottom of the helado freezer. PIC stated food items are employee food items. No price tags observed on items in discussion. PIC provided invoices for item at time of inspection. Ensure employee food items are separated from retail food items. Suggested PIC to store items in a box labeled 'employee use' only. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

PIC stated the establishment normally does not sell this item and is a wrong order from their vendor. Vendor was unwilling to take returns. Establishment was given the option to sell or discard by the vendor and PIC opted to sell for service, per PIC. PIC could not provide invoices that include food items in question at time of inspection. Food was embargoed and PIC voluntarily discarded items at time of inspection.
