Observed facility has a new coffee machine, and as per manager, they no longer use it. Talked to manager about proper plumbing for it if wanting to keep it, but facility decided to remove it. Ensure that all unused and unnecessary items are removed from the kitchen. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed cooked eggs sitting at room temperature (74*F). PIC stated they were cooked at 9am about 3.5 hours prior. Had PIC place eggs in container and into cold holding.
