Observed employee dipping dishes to be sanitized in the 3rd basin (sanitizer basin) for 2-3 seconds. Facility is using quat sanitizer, and talked to manager about sanitizer techniques. Ensure that dishes being immersed in quat sanitizer are fully covered by the solution for at least 30 seconds. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
