Food processor, class 4OC inspection was conducted with the person in charge (PIC), Jose F. The establishment is open and operating and offering school food service. School is not in session currently.Noted the establishment removed the washer / dryer and dishwasher. Per PIC, the establishment no longer use washer/ dryer due to contract with a laundry service company. The dishwasher was removed to be replaced with a soaking sink for pizza trays. There is electrical wiring hanging (don’t know if it is live or not), water supply lines had not been disconnected or cap-off. Tank water heater dedicated to the dishwasher had not been removed and still connected to the wall. A minor remodel permit is required. All changes inside the facility, such as add/ remove/ relocate a piece of equipment, sink fixtures, layout, finishes on walls, ceiling, countertop, floor, etc. must have prior approval from MCESD. Apply and pay for the remodel application.Permit is not approved.Person in charge is not a certified food protection manager (CFPM) and none of the staff have food handlers’ certification. Please obtain and maintain on site for inspection purpose.
