Multiple containers of blue cheese dressing (that states to keep refrigerated)-57F in the small reach in cooler next to the cash register area. PIC stated that the blue cheese item had been in the unit for an extended amount of time and discarded-see embargo form. Breaded chicken, grilled chicken, and cooked pasta items-45-47F in the table top area of the make line unit closest to the handwashing sink. PIC stated that all items had been in the unit for less than 2 hours and relocated to the walk in cooler. Keep PHF/TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or below. *Ambient temperature of the reach in cooler next to the cash register area was 59F. PIC stated that the unit is only supposed to be used for employee items and stated that the unit would not be used for establishment food items. Establishment has sufficient refrigeration.
