Provided education of proper temperature for deliveries prior to second delivery. During second delivery, observed employee receive deliveries of frozen and refrigerated goods into facility's walk-in refrigerator/freezer without taking any temperatures. Recommended employee take temperatures of food received. Upon completion, American cheese (66*F) and potato salad (50*F) that were delivered, were removed from the walk-in and returned to the delivery driver. It was determined that the the refrigerated truck was not holding foods at 41*F or below. All hot temperature controlled foods should be held at 135*F or above. Cook placed food in oven and reheated to reach internal temperature of 185*F to hold at 135*F.
