This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. Of note: Establishment may add a walk in freezer for holding prepackaged TCS foods. Advised PIC to apply online for a minor remodel prior to beginning construction at: https://esd.maricopa.gov/FormCenter/Environmental-Services-16/Food-Establishment-Permit-Application-Pe-307. Advised PIC that if they intended to hold raw animal proteins that an additional permit may be required along with upgrades to the water heater and additional sink requirements. PIC stated no meats are planned to be sold/stored at this time.
