Project about 90% complete.Establishment is approved to stock and train but not to serve the public.Correct the following items:1) Remove all copper, including in wall, downstream of the RPZ backflow preventer for the soda system. Use pex, stainless steel, plastic soda line, etc.2) Plumb drain line of relief from keg system in walk-in cooler to floor sink; do not drain into a bottle.3) Seal all penetrations inside walk-ins.4) Trim all foam flat at chases throughout establishment. Seal foam with caulk, silicone, elastek, etc. 5) Ensure all wood under counters is sealed/painted, and that any gaps between underside of counter top and walls are sealed with caulk or silicone.6) Install a fly fan above window at bar area.7) Finish all other work, including installing sneeze guard, counters, bar equipment, trim/detail work, etc.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Report emailed.
