Observed employee preparing food after touching hair and clothing with gloves. When gloves are contaminated and food is being prepared, gloves must be removed and hands must be washed with soap and warm water for 20 seconds before donning new gloves. Employee was prompted to remove gloves and wash hands before continuing to prepare food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed cooked onions, roasted red peppers, and turkey deli meat in the reach-in cooler on the line with internal temperatures ranging from 45-60*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to person in charge, items had just been prepped and placed in units less than an hour prior. All prepped TCS (time and temperature controlled for safety) foods must be cooled to 41*F and below in standing refrigerators or freezers before being placed in reach-in units. Food was moved to standing refrigerators to cool at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
