Retail Food establishment, class 2Final construction inspection was conducted with the superintendent, Shane H. and project manager, Oscar F. Construction has been completed. The market will not be a self-service facility. Self-locking cold holding refrigerators and freezer are required if this is a self-service market. Permit is approved. Manager and person in charge must be certified food protection managers (CFPM) and at the site during all operational hours. Food handlers must have food handlers’ certificates. To complete the permitting process, issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services.
