Replace the aerators for the hand sink closest to 3-comp sink and right faucet on 3-comp sink.5. Ensure walk-in freezer is on and holding TCS food items at proper temperature.6. Provide cleanout covers where missing (3-comp, dry storage).7. Replace the metal tie used on the drain line for front counter water filter. Please use metallic bracing or uni-strut instead.8. Provide missing cove base by 3-comp floor sink.9. Replace the walk-in cooler lightbulb with daylight LED (10-FC minimum).10. Seal all gaps, cracks, and penetrations (electrical and plumbing).11.
