Observed bottled milks (white, chocolate, strawberry) in walk-in refrigerator with internal temperature of 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Per person in charge (PIC), items were received on 10/8 and placed into walk-in, multiple days prior to inspection. Walk-in was not holding cold during inspection.
