Predefined Comment: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Soap added to hand sink. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed cooling case with condiments and pickled items with an ambient temperature of 45*F. Cold hold equipment must be at a temperature that holds cold food at 41*F or lower. Pickled items in containers marked refrigerate after opening were moved to a separate cooler. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Will return on or before 1/19/2025 to verify equipment has been repaired
