Wash hands per code and shall not contact exposed RTE foods with bare hands and shall use suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment. Cut RTE bell peppers (<1lb) that were contacted by bare hand were discarded by person in charge (PIC) at time of inspection.
