Inspector's notes
Steamed buns and tapioca snacks which are prepared in house and grab and go food items did not have date marks in reach-in cooler. Person in charge said they had all been prepared at least one day prior and date marked them at time. Please ensure all time/temperature controlled for safety food items are date marked to be discarded 7 days after they have been prepared or removed from packaging (if they are to be held for more than 24 hours). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
