Observed facility has an overflow from the floor sink by the 3 compartment sink. Grease trap was cleaned overnight and it was clogged for the morning. Facility has the 3 compartment sink and mop sink on the grease trap. Facility was able to correct and clear drains during inspection. Ensure that all drains are clear and not overflowing in kitchen or in parking lot. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
