Inspector's notes

Observed cook crack open shelled egg onto flattop grill, proceed to wash hands at 3-compartment sink, and return to cookline for food work. Hands shall be washed at handwash sink any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks to prevent spread of pathogens and contamination. Cook washed hands at cookline handwash sink at time of inspection. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when/where hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
