Final construction inspection walk through with the superintendent. Construction is complete and approved. Superintendent will follow up with:1). Grouting the transition of the floor / drains with the tile in the restrooms.2). Installing an escutcheon plate at the abandoned drain under the prep sink.3). Bracing the drain line of the ice machine in the front to the wall and install an elbow down.4). Drain line of the espresso machine will transition into a rigid PVC pipe and led to to the floor sink, try to come in high under the reach in.5). The damaged floor sink at the back room ice machine will need to be re-finished where damaged.6) Expandable plug will be installed in the back room floor sink.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit.
