Walk through with the superintendent. Store is 85% completion. before final please follow up on the items below:1). Copper / brass will be removed from the ice machine water line. 2). The drain under the sink counter will be lined up with the drain grate opening.3). Ice machine will be plumbed to the floor sink.4). Floor finish in the back room is starting to come loose, not sure what the best option is but the floor may not shed and has to be durable and easily cleanable.5). Expansion joints will need to be filled in the back room.6). Raise the spray nozzle at the three compartment sink.7). Ice machines will be plumbed in.8). Make sure the drain at the mop sink clears the edge.Backflow valve upstream of the RO system as tested.No County legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed report.

First walk through of The Boyer drive thru with the superintendent. Noted and discussed the following items:1). All RO lines are PEX. 2). Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve will be installed upstream of the RO system. (ASSE1013) isolating the RO from the water supply. 3). A Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve will be required for the #8 glass rinser.4). All other beverage machines will require a dual check valve upstream that meets plumbing standard ASSE1022.5). Drive through fly fan will be made operational.6). Finishes are being touched up and tile installed in areas in view. Coved base will be installed where missing.7). For this project please fill in the control joints in the dry storage room.8). Please touch up floor in restroom where floor is damaged.9). Ice machine will waste indirect to the floor sink through the wall.10). Please make sure that he spray arm of the three compartment sink ends above the flood rim of the sink.11). Please caulk in the gap between the mop sink and the side wall where open.12). It will be best to create a rigid ABS drain with stand pipes under the beverage counter to lead the different equipment drains to the floor sink. This way it will be a clean install and all flex hoses will not run horizontally and sag.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Printed on site.
