Observed a refrigeration unit blocking hand sink at initial time of inspection. Discussed with operator to ensure hand sink is not blocked by additional equipment. Operator proceeded to arrange refrigeration unit and provide soap with paper towels at time of inspection. Discussed having a hand sink stocked with soap and paper towels during hours of operation. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
