Observed black organic matter build up in the back of the ice machine. PIC stated that they hired a professional to clean the ice machine within the last two weeks. Advised PIC to burnt the ice and wash, rinse, and sanitize the ice machine, and frequently clean it to prevent build up. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed employee storing personal container of AM & PM medicine on a shelf next to and above food equipment for the establishment in the kitchen. Also observed employee put food in their mouth and chew while on the cookline. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) all employee medicine, personal care items and eating shall be in designated locations designed to prevent contamination of food, equipment, linens, and single use items. PIC discussed where to relocated medicine and explained to employee the location of the designated spot to eat. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed dishwasher in use with 0ppm of chorine sanitizer. Discussed with PIC the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Employee was able to prime the machine and 50ppm was registered before the end of inspection. Also observed the AVB cap on the back of the machine and the white drainage pipe on the front of the machine to be leaking when in use. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

The establishment address all items inside the kitchen/ bar area.Please Trim off excess foam in the walk-in cooler, then provide silicone on top of the foam.Please address all items listed in the golf course survey before the next annual survey:1. Provide hot water in the restrooms at the 14th hole. The lavatories only have cold water in these restrooms.2. Provide urinal screen in 14th hole men’s restroom.3. Provide covered trash cans in women’s restrooms for sanitary products.4. Adjust water pressure on drinking fountain’s faucet at 1st hole, 4th hole, and 14th holes.5. Clean the area of the drinking fountains. Trash and spiderwebs were collected in these areas.6. Replace the floor tiles in 5th hole restrooms. Floor must be durable, easily cleanable and non-absorbent surface.7. Ensure ceiling, floor and walls inside restrooms must be smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable surface. Noted walls in restrooms in the golf course has brick walls. Please use marine grade sealant on the surface of the brick to make it impervious.8. Could not inspect the food/ drink deliver cart since the establishment does not have one.
