No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed hose to chemical dispenser connected to the mop sink faucet. Discussed with PIC that chemical dispensers must have their own water supply or that the hose needs to be disconnected after every use. PIC stated that they are not the only ones using the mop sink, it is used by the rest of the facility. Suggested PIC speak to the other people using the sink and to get quick connect hose fittings for easier off and on to help encourage compliance.

Inspector's notes

Observed grey matter on the ceiling and vents above the prep and serving area. Informed PIC that these areas need to be cleaned and continue to be cleaned at a frequency which prevents the accumulation of dirt and debris. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
