There is currently a Y-connector connected to the mop sink faucet that feeds a chemical dispenser. The Y-connector must be removed. A dedicate water line is required for chemical dispensers.2. The atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink faucet is broken and leaking. Replace the broken and leaking atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink faucet.3. Provide a stainless steel side splash between the back hand sink and the adjacent food prep sink and between the food pep sink and the adjacent three compartment sink.4.
